Well, this week has been very different. The shutdown of schools, sports, theme parks, restaurants, and even church is something I never imagined would happen in our country. Since “God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind” I’m going to continue to do what God has led me to do. I’m going to continue doing my very best to care for patients.
We have made some changes in our daily routine.
We ask that only one person accompany each patient.
Please call our office for appointments instead of walking in. Patients coming into our office can call from the parking lot to check in over the phone. Use your car as your private waiting room until your examination. We have well exam rooms which are cleaned after each patient just as the sick patient exam rooms. We also have the capability to perform telemedicine. Patients under investigation of COVID 19 will not enter the building. These patients will be examined outside in our pull through examination area.
This is in effort to reduce possible exposure of COVID-19 and to “flatten the curve.” Know that all of us at Vidalia
Internal Medicine are committed to keeping you safe and healthy.
Don’t neglect your chronic conditions during these stressful times. It’s important to stay committed in achieving your personal health goals that we have been working towards and in many cases goals we have already reached. Call our office for more information about telemedicine visits. Stay safe and calm and remember “God’s got this!”
